RASH 2010 will be highly sophisticated state of the art technology based weighing terminal with embedded micro controller and dual displays (separate display LED for Weight and 64 x 2 characters dot matrix LCD display for Truck data entry & operator interface b) Digital Weight indicator will be a model approved legal metrology weight & measures and the systems will meet international standards of OIML and BIS |

Auto Zero Tracking |
The Weighbridge should have automatic zero tracking feature in which the zero scale increase due to accumulation of dust, slurry and mud etc on the platform will be automatically made zero up to a limit of 3 resolutions. |

Auto calibration |
The system will be provided with latest auto calibration method through software digital calibration to enable a periodic
checking of the system accuracy at regular intervals. The Zero and span of the system will be automatically corrected by this method.

Real time clock |
The Real time clock will be an in built feature of the system with date and time will always be displayed on the LCD data display and the same is also printed out in the tare, gross and summary reports. |

Highly sophisticated , fast acting and very large internal counts based analog Digital conversion , very low off set , high gain , high impedance and directly controlled by the micro controller will be the salient feature of the front end system. |

Watch dog Timer |
The system will be provided with a watch dog timer circuit for automatic initialization in case of deviation from normal functioning due to any spurious external interface. |
The micro processor based circuitry will provide the fastest, most accurate and flexible performance that existing technology can offer. Highly sophisticated analog to digital conversion, RFI/EMI signal protection and digital filtering will provide high level of signal integrity in harsh industrial environments 16 x 2 Liquid Crystal Display with backlit facility will provide direct operator interface and display messages include prompting instructions, operating status , error messages , alarm information raw scale data etc.
The high efficiency red/green seven segment LED display for Weight information will be unmistakable in poor visual conditions. The RASH 2010 also will be capable of printing operating messages scale information through centronics parallel port.
Remote data transmission will be in built in the system. A system watch dog timer will provide automatic re-installation in case of anything goes crazy. Above all an easy calibration technique will be adopted in the system.
